Acrobatic flying of model aircraft is a practice that requires a prior knowledge of safe, prudent flying practices and techniques. Giant RC LLC, and FlyingGiants.com are not responsible for the education of, or practices by, flyers of model aircraft. Nor are Giant RC LLC, and FlyingGiants.com responsible to provide this necessary training.

The information contained on, and the acts depicted in, videos contained in the FlyingGiants.com website are for informational purposes only. The acrobatic stunts and maneuvers depicted therein were performed by experienced professionals under controlled conditions, and on a closed course. These stunts and/or maneuvers should not be attempted by amateur flyers of model aircraft. Giant RC LLC, and FlyingGiants.com make no warranties expressed or implied to the suitability of the information, instructions, techniques or illustrations contained herein for any purpose. Giant RC LLC, and FlyingGiants.com shall be held harmless, and without liability for the use, dissemination, consumption, misuse, application, or consequences resulting from the information contained in the FlyingGiants.com website.

Persons utilizing the resources of FlyingGiants.com accept full responsibility for their own actions and any resultant physical, emotional, mental, or dental injuries, or death caused by, inferred by, or dental, to use of information, or as a result of application of information contained on the website of FlyingGiants.com. You also understand that FG-Mail is a free service, and may experience disruptions in service, and/or complete service outages that may render your account permanently inaccessible with loss of data.
