Leardriver, I'm about one step ahead of you concerning getting out and not looking back. Keeping my fingers crossed right now, but it's not looking good. I'm just about ready to bail out for good. I'm afraid if I try to hold out hope any longer, it's gonna be tough to find a new career. Never thought I hear myself saying those type of words, but an it's been tough.
