I gave up cigarettes 5 years ago (i know it doesn't really compare).
I did it because my daughter came to me and said "Daddy, don't you love me?"
and I replied "More than anything, why?" she said "Then why do you keep smoking, it is going to kill you someday!"
Haven't touched one since!!!
