Thanks guys. It was a mighty nice gesture for Bob to call me personally and explain what happened. It would have been all to easy to let my e-mails go un-noticed and wait for me to go away. I very much appreciate the fact he called to make things right. If you can measure a man's character by how he handles himself in a situation like this, Bob's marks would be off the charts.
