Very simple, if you are good at rolling harriers all you have to do is increase power as needed, I go full power and I increase stick movement, that is for climbing, now for descending I reduce power, in my case I go to idle or a little above and continue with a lot of stick movement, that would make for a tight loop, adjust as needed for a bigger loop, in my case all I have to do is move the left stick in circles, mode one baby.
