If you use sim like G3, It would be good to have them feel the same way. -4 on negative pitch is so you don't slam down the heli when you pull back the throttle.

I would suggest you go +/- 10 on the pitch with zero at mid stick. You need to learn what mid stick should feel like.

Next is throttle setting. You will need a optical tach though. Set the heli on the pad and run it up to mid stick (zero pitch). Set the mid point on throttle curve up or down to get your head speed at 1800 or whatever you prefer.

Now hover it (should be around 3/4 or little less) and set the 3/4 point throttle curve so it maintains 1800. full stick throttle curve can be left at 100%.
