Tank, Snap, I agree, but this is not speculation... Mr. Hartness made it very clear several times at the Masters.

Now, wheather it will be enforced for the 2007 Nall or not is the question, but the fact is it is only a matter of time.

That being said, if it is going to be enforced for the 2007 Nall, I think it would have been a lot easier for people to handle if it was announced several months ago to allow people to prepare.

Biff, any input?
