Walmart, Nascar track, Amusement park, Subdivision, etc. etc. Need we go on?

Well that could possibly be the case if the field was in a highly traveled area but this is out in the sticks in Americus, GA. Probably a town of less than 10k. Check out Americus on the map. It has one red light and his field is 15 miles outside of Americus. He's in the middle of Americus and Andersonville, GA. Nothing but farm land and hunting land. So there is no threat of Walmart (already there) Nascar track (in Atlanta already), Amusement (also in atlanta) or subdivisions coming around. The main source of business in this town is chicken farms and small mom and pop stores. I fly at Hodges Hobbies. Go check out the website or visit the field. Would love to see you there. When you get there, you'll understand what I'm talking about. It isnt going anywhere.
