how often does triple tree get used, maybe 5-6 times a year. there is so much money involved in all the events that it would be foolish to put a restriction on the field because they will lose money and have a lot of people very unhappy. i've lived across from my field for my whole life and it has never bothered us even before i started flying we never even noticed them even the big 62's with pitts mufflers and the jets. speaking of jets there is no way that you can quiet down a jet and dont give me anything about baffling the tailpipe or slowing down the planes because i've heard it all before, there is nothing you can do with a jet to quiet it down.
