Default Re: How many of you get support from you parents?

My parents are realy supportive. My dad mostly, he takes me to the field when i want to fly and takes me to competitions. He usually enjoys it because hes a pilot and likes planes. finacially I pay for prety much everything but they will ocasionally buy me bits and bobs like glue etc. Usually wen i need/want something expensive they'll pay for it and ill pay them back over a couple of months so that my bank isnt completly empty, but even then i still have my savings, i have two account my pay goes into one and $10a month goes into my savings so that ive always got some money. I work after school for an hour mon to fri and i manage to keep my planes going. With the job that ive got i managed to have an extra 300 46 size, a spitfire 46 size and 2 electric foamies. Im now goin to start saving for a patern ship for competition. So the only advice i can give is not to give up on ur hobby because you cant afford it . go get a job mowing lawns, a paper run anything any money will help and dont sit around on your a$$ all day doing nothing
