If the starting point is your IMAC rate for flying and performing snaps, i.e. lots of aileron, not so much elevator and rudder, and medium to lots of expo, then I would turn the ailerons to 50% of that and increase rudder and elevator about 25%. I assume we are talking a flying rolling circle, not a high alpha rolling circle.
