Yes, the size is very crutial. To much meant to much drag for lift and the airplane flew like crap. To little, well, was just to little. The amount of holes was basically the same principal. More holes equaled more drag, but alos created weird air. With the increased drag you obviously need more thrust. So, now comes the problem of keeing the aircraft light. I have manages to find the right motor, prop, battery and weight ratio to achieve all this. My AUW for the Vrolet you see in the picture above is 4.7oz RTF. The new AXI 2203/46 with a 8x4 GWS DD prop on a 2 cell 300 or 480 works excellent.

This is what makes my brake system so different. It's floating so it's off the control surface, its outboard of any control surface that the disturbed air can't flow over and at the same time it really helps the torsional twist of both the ailerons giving you a solid, axial roll feel.
