Biff is 150% correct . You can have 1000 rules and and 1 person ( read idiot ) can screw it up . I've found it's as much as having rules as it is enforcing them . If the rules are enforced equally no single person can complain . As far as non-members using the field, we encourage them at the polo fields . All we require is that they have current AMA and leave the field in the condition they found it ( or better ) .
