Re: Goldberg YAK 54 ARF 67 Just test flew it for a buddy of mine this past weekend. He had a Saito 150 in it so power was no problem. Plane looks good, only problem I could tell of was that with power off on a tight pull it would always drop the right wing. So i am sure he has some setup things to work out. The thing that amazed me was how well it landed. He was just a touch on the tail heavy side, and that let the plane just come in on its own. I swear I could have taken my hands off the sticks once lined up.
It's a nice plane, but with the other ones that are out there not an easy decision. |
