It's my understanding, even though it's the City of North Las Vegas Park's facility, that anyone practicing more than one day, prior to any event, SHALL provide all local (CNLV fully paid members) participants with appropriate items such as FG tee's, RCBlimp tailwheels etc. prior to comencing any practice fights.

Yeah, I think I read that somewhere.
