not too familliar with that particular heli but with a metal head you could have bent the pitch arm on the blade holder. This would offset the bell/hiller ratio and give you more pitch in one that the other. You may want to check to see if you paddles are at zero with one another. Another thing that I noticed was how much pitch you are running at the top. 16 degrees to me sounds way overkill. when I was doing helis anything close to 11 and the blades would start to stall. Add in a cyclic command and that 11 degrees would go to 13 and make things even worse. When a blade stalls and makes that buzzing sound it sends a quite destructive harmonic through your entire heli.
