| Awefully strong language on something you have no personal knowledge of!
It was stated by Frank Knoll Jr who would have personal knowledge
"When using the 12Z & 14MZ modules the processing speed will be
equal to the current systems. You can figure everything that the 12
& 14 does now, will continue with the 2.4 FASST modules."
Futaba has more than done right by the consumer by not just launching a new 12FG 2.4, but also supporting past customers with an easy upgrade for their present equipment. As my Dad would say, "I think you need to cool your jets". | |

Well said Mark,
As important as it is to get this new info out to the public, it's also extremely important that we allow the folks in the know, ie: the Futaba techies, to answer your questions. Please understand that it's 9:20 PM Central time, most of these guys have gone home to their families. It's probably a good bet that we will get some answers tomorrow, however, in the meantime, please read the press release at the beginning of this thread to acquire as much info as possible. There is a ton of information there, actually more than I could grasp in the first reading.
Thanks for understanding guys, this is obviously one of the "milestone announcements" of the modeling industry.
