Dude.. I'm hopein to get some loot to cover most expenses from the landing fee,
and of course the sponsership letters will include the fact that companies can donate $$$ instead of products, like the porta potties will cost this much... can you cover this much... kind of thing.

I'm working on all that now. As for turn out... I can't say my friend. But we need to get an idea.
As for a sound system.. thats a sponsor ship thing right there. Any "sound/ music shops in the area?"

And as for donating any left over money... I vote for the Steve "SleepyC" fund!! I heard it a worthy cause!!
No that charity sounds great, if we got extra lets do it!!
