| You're really asking a lot. There aren't a lot of planes that fit your description that are this cheap.
If you don't mind deviating from scale, or economy, the Fliton Inspire is the best flying airplane in its size. Check out my video here: http://www.flyinggiants.com/gallery/...=32614&cat=504
I really doubt you'll find a better flying plane in this size. You may also look at their Extra and Edge.
You might also look at Extreme Flight's new 58" Extra 300-E. It's supposed to be electric only, but I've heard of people setting them up with glow engines with great success. There's a video of it on higherplaneproductions.com, and it looks awesome. | |

I saw that video a few days ago, and the Inspire looks like a very impressive plane... I'm thinking I may pick one up in the future.
When I wrote the original post, I was mainly just trying to update my hangar. So far I've bought a Phoenix Sukhoi that will be flying soon, and also a Phoenix Fun Star (I suddenly realized that I had no 3D planes... LOL).
I might try for more expensive planes a little later on. I was mainly checking out Nitromodels selection for the cheaper range...
But now Wild Hare is coming out with the baby Edge and Extra 260 models... that will fly great on a 1.20AX... man...
