Thanks Matchless! Was starting another prototype and just cutting out the inner layer on my tailfeathers for starters. Thought about the Dremel and tried a couple of jigs but didn't work as well as yours. I was thinking about a vacuum table too. Can't seem to keep the thin part from bowing after the heat from milling. 'Precitate the tutorial!!!
