I read that that particular motor is best for 3d aircraft that weight under 10.58 ounces. The ultimate weighs in at about 12 and looking at the recommended prop sizes for it I think it will be underpowered. I am using a E-flite Park 400 outrunner with a 11 x 4.7 prop. This seems to be perfect for 3d on this particular aircraft. The plane comes with a 12 x 6 but the 4.7 pitch on the prop gives it great slow speed handling. I just actually finished putting together my second ultimate. I like it cause it can really take a beating for a foamy and it looks like a scale aircraft.
