Default Re: Personal hitec 5955 test!!!

I did another test. This time I used a 1" arm. I decided to do the test a little different this time. The last test I plugged in the servo and let the weight down on it and saw if it could move the weight up and down with the weight all the time. This time I decided to imitate a knife edge flight. I would set the weight on and move the servo all the way to its e point and hold it there for maybe 20 seconds. Then when I let the servo down I would take the weight off since it doesnt experience a load at neatral point. Then I would invision turning around and coming in for another pass and then repeating this. This time I also wanted to see what the servo could do cold. So as soon as I plugged it in it maxed the torque pull up from center at 16 pounds plus the .5 pound bucket. I brought it up and did a knife edge pass with it then set it back down and it could not do it again. So at the very begining of the test they exerted 264oz of torque after that the weight it could rep in multiple knife edge pases was 14 +.5 pounds at 232oz of torque. If I did the knife edges back to back with no rest it could not do this much weight.
