Re: Need help with my build of the rex 600 nitro. I've never had this problem on the CCPMS. You should be able to bottom out that swash as long as the servo itself isnt bottoming out IE you should have more than enough movement through the range of the servo to allow that to bottom out. Each movement should be =, and the only reason I could see this happening is either mechanical, or endpoint adjustments. My 9303 set up without any of these issues on Futaba servos.
Does the servo sound like its binding ? Is there a mechanical bind somewhere hanging up the servo ?
#3 is stopping early. When you disconnect the arm from the servo, will it continue freely through the range. And did you try changing the endpoint on channel 6 on the lower end to give you just that little extra drop.
Also on your swash mix on the setup, you can dial end your %'s on the beginning menu. Something might have been hit when doing this.... This is a tough one to Dx over the net. Lets keep trying if nothing else is working... We'll get it figured out. Im sure its a simple fix.
