Your request unfortunatly isn't as easy as it may seem. I'm in Fla so I can't help, but best of luck finding someone with a tow plane that might pull a message banner- that would be so cool!
( or maybe a message on the top wing of a + - 100" wing span bird- flyng at the 8th floor level!
)
Hope there are not any other buildings around too, otherwise you better get you thinking cap back on for another idea. May prove to be too hazardous of conditions otherwise.
