If I could get the carb adapter to me for those kinds of dollars, I'd already have one.

I emailed Mr. Clark personally for the shipping info. He replied with a very complicated form detailing all the addtional charges involved in sending the intake manifold overseas, including international handling fees, shipping documentation completion fees, order processing fees, special significant charge for cashing a money order at his bank and what all else. Fees, fees and more fees!! There were more hurdles here than in an Olympic race!!

I added up all those numbers. The cost came to just shy of $200. I speak from actual experience, not hypothesis, speculation and dated catalogs. Perhaps things have changed in the last year or so since my query.

My solution was to purchase a different engine for my project. It made more sense to me than trying to make my G62 something that it was not. And in the end, it didn't cost any more money.

BTW, the H9 website shows their Giant P-51 as being a 25CC gas engine size, 80" span plane. Why not just follow the manufacturer's recommendations? Not only would a 62CC gas engine be a bit overpowered, it would be considerably heavier. Lots of dead weight there.
My wife's family is in England so I didn't have that hassle also I never reccomended the g-62 the guy building it dit If it were me I'd use the Revolution as in the original post I made on this thread I agree that's why I say with a G-62 there won't be much cowl left it will look like a block of swiss cheese
