Do all of the above and after the spin goes flat adjust the ailerons for the flattest spin. You may have to input some opposite aileron after the flat spin starts to hold it there. Come off the throttle some to unload stress on the plane after everything is established.

The cg has to be either very slightly positive to aft. A forward cg is hard to blender. Lots of control throws are required as well.
