I have had the best luck with my three 40% planes as follows....
Downline... roll left... (I like to Gun the throttle up and down... doesn't add speed.. but adds a bity of noise)...... When you go to "Pop"... get OFF THE AILERONS!! And only use full down elevator and full Right Rudder... Once the flat spin starts to even out.. you can modulate Power, elevator and Ailerons to make it steady and uniform.. and I like to exit this maneuver with an inverted harrier.
