Judge and Craig, You can write in rule change proposal and if majority will agree with you than rules can change. Now if it is two or three people that don't like this rule, well get use to it.
I my self do not like normalising, but majority does so be it. Now this calculating the extra points for how many pilots you finished ahead has been in most of regions in different form for many years.
