Something else is wrong.
What RPM are you running on the head? If the RPM is too low, you will heat the motor/ESC/battery up. You should be running 2600-2800 RPM on the head.
The stock wooden blades also make things run hotter (apparently more drag). I went to CF blades on mine-it definitely ran cooler.
Heat sinks are fine, but you need to identify the source of the problem. Something is causing it to draw more current than it should. |
