Well my engine now needs a new plane! Some kind of radio problem caused loss of control and she hit the deck - HARD! Man the pain in my gut when I knew it was gone
. DX7 and AR7000 I thought was rock solid, not so sure now. Some people say the electronic ignition can cause trouble, even with 2.4ghz. I run a 42% products opto ignition kill system and some people don't trust them? It happened so quick but I'm sure I lost elevater for a bit, plane went into a diving spin but then I got control back about 2m from the dirt. Just a frag too late, I hit the gas and tried to pull up but it belly slammed
. Engine has a bent crankshaft and the carb snapped off. Good thing the parts are pretty cheap.
