Do Not Use Any "Y" Harnesses on the EQ6 Turbo Plus.

The whole idea is that for Aileron, Elevator and Rudder servos you use the EQ6 to adjust each port within that channel. This gives you matched servos with each servo being powered seperately, (ie less voltage loss=more servo power).
