Should be ...just like Spectrum did.
About 4 months ago, I send all my Spectrum RX's including all the Satellites back to Spectrum in the US, all the way from Australia for the latest firmware upgrade.
Postage including insurance just cost me AUS $19,-
Spectrum did the upgrade and return post at no extra cost to me.
So hopefully, you guys will get the same service from XPS.
