you will want to do in in pieces. First, cut thin strip and lay it in along the join line between the vertical fin and fuse. This will allow you to overlay or butt the pieces covering the vert fin and deck.

Next, cover the vertical fin. First cover the cap and the rudder post. Then cover the fin itself.

Covering the turtledeck is last after you have done the fin and fuse sides. Cut a single piece which drapes over the whole deck and has a cutout in the end which butts up against the fin.
