You are right! Over a certain time frame, lets a year, it will start doing that. The new one on the 86" will be a little stiffer. If you've never had a problem such as hard landings then get the aluminum or CF from TNT. I don't recommend the CF gear to those who have hard landings more often for the reason stated above. I haven't seen the aluminum ones, I did ask TNT to send me some info on them but haven't got anything yet! anyway, if the aluminum is a little more flexible than the CF and not much heavier, then aluminum is the way to go.
