You'll need it for when you arrive. Do not mail it, you'll just have to fill it out again.

Please have the form in your car to turn in at the gate. Any one who did mail this in will have to fill out again at the gate. Sorry, there is just no way we can keep up with the ones mailed in. We are up to 400 pilots already. Looks like we are going to have a great Joe Nall this year. 1 week and counting.

Laura, this will be my first Joe Nall. I sent my forms in and paid for camping, Etc., but didn't get anything back in the mail. I think because I had applied for IMAA but hadn't received my card yet. I will be there Sunday or Monday the latest. How do I get pass the gate? I all ready paid for my camping and flying?

Your canceled check is your receipt. The actual gate does not start until Wednesday thru Saturday. You will just need to pick up your pilot pack from the upper gazebo and it will have everything you need. We usually start giving out pre registered pilot packs on Tuesday. I promise you will have nothing to worry about. We will take give you great Southern Hospitality when you arrive. Hope you have a safe trip.
