Technically the guy making the shot was correct. If you watch the video closely, the dude that got hit dropped both billiard balls in their respective pockets. So the shooter actually made the shot he described, only indirectly. But both balls in their pockets with one shot as described.

Cheap shot? yes.
Low blow? yes.
Cheater? no.
Funny? HELL YES!!
Does he deserve to get his ass beat? MOST DEFINITELY!
