May I ask what the differnce is, or why you need it to be apart? I've got mine, but not pulling the stabs off unless it's a really good reason.

Think 50% pattern........50% 3D plane.........it's the best of both worlds. It'll do either wqually well. Enjoy it!!!!!!

I'm not convinced that this plane and a 2 stroke is a match made in heaven.....but with that Moki on it.....performance would be stellar for sure. I've got a Saito 100 on mine, while performace is good, and verticle is pretty much unlimited........I would love to put that new Saito 125 on it. Now that should be a perfect match. Lighter with more power........I smile just thinking about it. After I get my AM 33% Yak done....that Saito transplant may follow. But then again it may get a small gasser.......

Hi everyone, about this plane, all I can say , it flies great but I just couldn't be bothered with those SFG's. I've tried them but they both snapped in half in midflight. I think they are too weak. Must say it flies more stable with them, tracks better and the KE requires minimal rudder input. Surely this all sounds nice but it is very impractical for transport. And don't feel like putting them on every time I go flying. Found that it flies just as good without them. No problem with 3D.

I was thinking about getting the sig somethin' extra kit for one of my smaller motors I have sitting around but the somethin' extra doesn't have the ability to Knife Edge. If I were to add sfg's to it, how hard would it be, and would there be any negative charactoristics assicated with such a modification aside from a little extra weight?

dude that would be sweet. SFGs on a something extra thats awsome. you gotta do that and send some pics. dont see y it wouldnt help. its worth a try the worst thing that can happen is you can take them off and throw them out big deal. little bit of time and material.

about teh engine choice for the showtime. a 125 would be nice. i was thinking saito 180 but thats heavy and a gas gussler. it would be sweet power but thats not always the key. a 125 isnt that badly priced ill keep it in mind but i might just wanna strap a moki on there who knows.
