I used 1/4x20 nylon wing nuts with plastic washers, no problems. Not sure if its the same on the dalton and the TBM

I know the Vegas daltons use the 1/4 x 20 plastic wing bolts and nuts with no problems.....

I'm using metal bolts with plastic wing nuts to keep it in place on my 42%

Yep, rubber washers. I get them at Westlake/Ace.

Never had a problem with them J.

Yea...but you used to use rubber bands on a 40% cap. So your input is a little questionable !!

My personal opinion is that I won't use nylon, I will pay the weight penalty for the absolute. I sheared 2 nylon bolts awhile back. I think I might have slightly stripped one of them not sure..total loss.
