Default My new Rig

Hey everyone.. after a heck of a year I decided its time to get back to business and get another "rig".
I have been shopping for all aluminum enclosed trailers for the past few months and ran across these guys out of MI, Legend Manufacturing. My closest dealer was in Ft Wayne IN so Me and the wife took a ride up Friday and pickled it up

These guys at Legend have a top quality product, more attention to detail for us totally anal customers , better warranty and they are cheaper... a win win

www.legendmfginc.com

the handle lights up and has a neon like glow when the lights are on

Its a 7x19 Deluxe V nose all aluminum with Prevost siding. The all up weight is just a tick over 2k. It tows like a dream. Over the next few weeks ( once momma gets over the initial trailer purchase ) I will be installing Coin mat flooring, a E track setup and a radio with speakers. Im also going to make a custom SS counter-top and aluminum cabinet setup for the V nose area...

here are a few pics..

Nice! How much did it set you back? I've been looking at a new one later on this summer.

Thanks for the complements fellas

I have about 8k in it right now 7300.00 and about 700 in gas food and hotel to pick her up.. was going to have it hauled down from a " hot shot" service but they wanted 1.50 minimum per mile

... I looked at pace 9k and featherlite 12k and these were base prices with no interior and steel wheels

Im going to really trick this one out.. Being in the manufacturing business im pulling out all the stops

Sorry for dropping off the face of the earth.. Between a death in the family and business through the roof the "Rig" was placed on the back burner.. but things are back rolling and this season its on

I decided to install a 12DC system. I purchased a Optima high current deep cycle. The battery is wired into my accessory circuit and its kept charged my the charging system on the truck. When the truck isn't attached I still have power for lights, charging, power inverter etc

I purchased a circuit breaker and panel mount connection posts from Mcmaster Carr. The panels are receptacle covers from the local hardware. I engraved them on my CNC VMC with a .062 ball endmill. I colored the engraving in with a fine point Sharpie. I had a 12DC meter in my shop that was left over from a previous project. I decided to install it for a little more cool factor

I have one power jack in the front and one towards the rear of the trailer. I wanted to flush mount everything but didn't account for the wall having a 1" space so I had to add the boxes..
