Today marks the end of our journey through the 2007 Joe Nall experience. This year's JN was the biggest ever, and the event continues to be the largest modeling fly-in world wide with over 500 registered pilots. FG members were everywhere, and we finally had a chance to see where all the swag we've been sending out has ended up! Throughout the entire week we have been uploading photos galore in our big events gallery, and if you missed our FGTV Live! webcast, we'll be re-running it this next week. To the Confederate Airfarce, Pat Hartness, and the entire Triple Tree Crew - a HUGE THANKS! for letting The FlyingGiants be a part of this world class event, and for bringing this unbelievable venue to modeling. To all of our friends and members both new and old, thanks for the incredible amount of fun, and your continued support. Through the next few days, we'll be taking you through the photo flood and documenting our entire journey. Stay tuned as for full videos once we hit the deck on home base. See ya all soon! Content galore coming up! Be sure to stay tuned to FlyingGiants.com for the latest from the 2007 Joe Nall Giant Scale Fly in!

I got home at 3:30 am last night. It was definetly sad to leave Triple Tree and head back to the cold, damp, northeast! This year was once again an absolute blast! To Mr. Hartness, Kirby, Carol, Laura, and the rest of the Confederate Air Farce, THANK YOU once again! This was my third Joe Nall and it was definetly the best yet!!! Let the countdown begin to next year!!!!!!!!

It was depressing to leave the Joe Nall but life goes on. Whoever didn't make it, they missed the best, biggest and most bad ass event in the world, Flying Giants were everywhere, met old friends and made many more new ones. Can't wait for next year's event, check the Joe Nall gallery for tons of pics. http://www.flyinggiants.com/gallery/...ry.php?cat=823

WOW......... Pilot'sWyfe and I rolled in this morning about 2am. We left in the late morning on Saturday and drove to Sumter to fly with Wrench then headed out from there. To the Hartness family and all those involved, THANK YOU for a great event and great hospitality. This was out first trip but we were planning the whole way home for next year. There were Giants everywhere at this event and it was a blast to meet a bunch in person.

THANKS TO ALL THE FLYING GIANTS! ! ! I just wanted to send a big shout out to all the Flying Giants for all the help, You are a great bunch of buddies. It was great to see all Y'all and meet some of you for the first time. You were always willing to help. We even had to call on a couple of you to put on your working hats as EMT's to assist with a couple of medical issues. It was great fun and fellowship. Can't wait to see you again next year. Rockin' at Nall Dudes, you rocked! Matt had an awesome time jamming with you, and I had an awesome time watching. I could spend all day in vendor row, checking out all the new stuff, old stuff, wierd stuff, etc. I picked up a LOT of small screws, nuts, and hardware to last me while, and stuff that my LHS won't carry. The noon demos were incredible, especially the turbine doing 3D!! Sport flying all day long and into the night. I enjoyed standing at the hangar and watching the float flying on the lake. I understand there was a park flyer area for 2.4ghz equipment as well -- did not get a chance to check that out. Thanks to Pat Hartness for hosting this event. Thanks to MadMax for the FG coverage. Thanks to Mark Hale for all the work he did (the HPP FilmFest might not have happened on Friday night had it not been for him). Thanks to Fred Midgett for the filmfest, thanks to Carol McKinney for all the work she does. Thanks to the whole Confederate Air Farce club for the many chores they perform. Thanks to all the flyers that travelled from other countries to share their love of model aviation. And thanks to all the unsung heros that made this event a reality. The whole event is overwhelming. There is so much going on, it is just about impossible to see it all, at least for the short time I was there. I'm glad to be home, but I can't wait until next year! Bob R.
