Just wondered if anyone has any experience of this model - does it do 3D and smooth well and good or bad points? How well do u think it compares the ZN majestic? I cant find any info anywhere and so im calling on u U.S. flyers for some much needed advice. Thanks in advance

The fantasy is a scheme, not an airplane. What model are you looking at? 330sx, 3.1 super extra etc.?

Cman.

I have one and it really is a very good airplane to fly. Very artistic in the hands of a good pilot (not mine)

Its not a big plane feel thats for sure, its very fast but harriers and hovers extremely well.

I have a 3M Mintor 170 in it and that has been a PITA for ever and a day but with a good motor, YS or something super reliable its an excellent plane.

The Fantasy is a newer design and also has a two piece wing, whereas the Majestic is quite a bit older and has a one piece wing. I would actually reccomend the Genesis 4D if you were really looking at a CA Models airplane mainly because it is a newer design and has a good bit more side area to the fuse.

However, from what I've seen, the quality of CA Models has been hit or miss, and ZN has a long standing reputation of producing high quality airframes. I would imagine that a ZN airplane would be a little easier to get a hold of for you, as ProBuild carries (or used to at least) the range of ZN airplanes. Good Luck with whatever you choose and do post pics!

I'm not sure if the Fantasy is still in production.
A mate of mine has got a Majestic and also wants to get a Fantasy, until he got a chance to get a Genesis 3D. Beter design and the build quality should be more than good enough.

My suggestion would be to go for a Genesis 3D.

I've seen a Gensis 3D fly down here in South Africa and it was an eye opener.

I have a Genesis 3D nearly rtf, it was the artf version ....very expensive lots of issues with the Quality , first set of wings were both bent although Marcelo soon sorted that out, wing tubes a very poor loose fit, needed to spray with laquer to build them up, wings dont fit the fuse side at the bottom, that said it looks fantastic with their spray job, and is ment to be a demon flyer! we will see!!

You can buy a model called the high society from a german company called Lornez, it is the same as the Majestic but with a slighty changed aileron shape, it does come as a two part wing.
