I'm pretty sure her house is nicer than any resort I've been too, so I would'nt really call that a punishment.

Man I was hoping she was going to be put in with the general population. The newspapers were saying how her "solitary confinement" was too harsh of a sentence... I guess they are too stupid to realize it was for her own safety, the general population would have given her a good kicking. I love how she only had to go to jail for two or 3 days... had that been one of us "normal" folk, you better believe we would have been rotting in there for the full sentence. You do the crime, you do the time I say, i dont care who you are!

I'm glad she's out and hope to see her back on the party circuit with all my favorite celebs. You know, Brittany, Lindsay... They are dreamy. Wayne's favorite too.

Well it has been proven. I geuss it is all about who you are. whoever let her out should be ashamed of themselves. She commited a crime that is a huge danger to society. Now what did she have??? 2 days to think it over and then it is all good. They let her back into her house and now she will just have parties there...... then get wasted.........then hop back in her car and do it again thinking the punishment is'nt harsh. And who knows maybe next time the punishment could be her life. Well I dont expect much to come from her in society anyways.

From what I hear, LA jails are so over-crowded it is very common for people to only do a few days of their sentence and then get let go. But I'm sure money helps.
