Well today I was finally able to pick up my baby. It's seems amazingly built and very light. I was able to complete the prehinge prep, and glue the elevators. I hope to have the motor mounted, have the rest of the hinges completed and have the landing gear assembled. I will continue to keep you guys updated on the progress.

Well here is the progress report. After several trips around town I finally got parts to make essential progress. I wasn't able to fit the time frame or the schedule that I had set but that should come together tomorrow. I didn't have any hardware to mound the motor. I used 3 inch screws that I got from Tom at Wild Hare and I had to make my own spacers or offsets for the engine. The only problem that I ran into was something with the cowl. No biggie considering this is a plane to plane basis. I need to get some washers that will fit and reset the gap. I will try and get a pic up in the near future. Other than that this is a great looking and quality aircraft. Something however that was unexpected was the hatch and cowl fitting. The hatch doesn't go all the way to the firewall base as it does in the earlyer models. So this may come as a surprise to you futrure buyers. But here is the progress.

Here is the latest. I had to get the cowl centered pretty well which was one of the main things. But I did get the gear mounted along with the wheels and one wheel pant. I test fit the elevator halves along with the wings and test fit the elevator servos. I have some pics that I will share. I just need to now order all my parts.

Well I have the latest. I have started with the plumbing of the fuel tank. Got the rudder and rudder servo glued. As well as the tail wheel. Along with the wheel pants that just need to be glued.

I was able to get a little bit done today. I'm really just waiting mainly for my parts to come in, which should be coming over the next few days. Hopefully I will have it ready to fly be this weekend. But what little technically I was able to finish was the fuel tank got plummed. Throttle and choke servos were mounted, along with the other servos that weren't mounted. Some other small things. So that leaves radio programming, servo alignment. And the rest of the plane. Great I'll get on that right away. Here are some pics.
