Sim: Recorded flights to MPEG or AVI?

Quick question: How do you save the recorded flights in AFPD as mpeg, or avi files so that they can be watched outside of AFPD?

You need to use a recording program like FRAPS. which can be DLed for free at www.fraps.com

it does slow down the frame rate significantly and make it hard to fly. So I record my flights first with AFP, play them back and record with FRAPS so i dont have to fly with a slow frame rate. It saves as an AVI file which can be converted and so on.

Just FWIW what kind of frame rate do you get normally?
