Default Phoenix, AZ

Hi... I have a problem with a gentleman from Phoenix, AZ that I would like someone to help me with. Is there anyone that lives in this city that can perhaps talk to the guy and make some sense into him?

I was scammed and the guy is playing with me for six months now.

I would do that for a flying friend too.

Give me your phone number and I'll give you a call and fill you in the details of everything.

This is not a joke.

Thanks guys

Where/how did he scam you? If he has your money and you don't have product, file a claim through either the agent you used to make the money transition (paypal, escrow service, etc), or through the website wher he placed the ad. If you have the product and it is not what he said it was, again, file a complaint. Now, you have to understand that terms like "needs a little work", "item is like new", "excellent condition", etc. are all subjective terms and can be interpreted differently between you and him. This is why you ask as many questions and for as many pics as possible when doing online transactions.
If you sent the guy a money order or western union or whatever, consider it a lesson learned and move on.
I would love to help you, but Phoenix is 2 hours away, and what makes you think I or anyone else would stand a better chance of getting this guy to "un-screw" you?

Hi. I send him a $125 money order that he confirmed to received it and I know that he got the money. Then he was gone... Two weeks ago I tried his home phone and he picked up saying that he had two deaths in the family and that only now he was back. He wrote down my address and told me sorry and that he would send it right away... nothing... he doesn't even pick my calls or even reply to e-mails.

What I was hoping was that someone more serious and honest would go to the guy and say "Hey, do you have the stuff because if you do give them to me now and I'll send them to the him..." something like that... I know that I would do something for a friend that got scammed. There is too many guys like this out there and I found one.

Because it was in RCUniverse and the offer was made by e-mails he didn't wanted to posted sold and because of that I cannot post nothing againts this. I have e-mails to prove what I'm saying and even the copy of the received money order.

Once more I ask help to someone that he's serious enough to help me and get my stuff.

I had a thread here at Flyinggiants that the team removed because it was getting too HOT, however I'll try to leave it here. There is nothing else I can do...

He's name is Genaro Soto and he lives at Phoenix, AZ and he says he owns Sensational Pool Care.

Another guy is Alex Reigle also in Phoenix, AZ.

Don't get fooled by these guys

go to the Post Office and file a Federal Mail Fraud complaint. They will notify him. His A$$ will be grass. He will have to give you your money back or go to court
