Saturday Huckfest Update!

The St. Louis Huckfest is an absolute success! Tons of stuff went down on Saturday, but before we go there, Friday evening Mark Trent put together an awesome event at the local go cart racing track. The action was off the hook, a few of us got a "talking to", and when the night was done everyone was beat tired! Saturday morning started with general flying among the countless planes in the pits, and just about every pilot in attendance put on a killer show. The noontime demo consisted of a big 'ol FlyingGiants Style airplane gaggle, Jerry L Smith wrung out his Outlaw and Bandits, and XFC Pilots Jason Danhakl and Mark "Jagerbomb" Trent flew some excellent freestyles. Later in the day, the pilot raffle was drawn and a bunch of members in attendance won some excellent prizes including a 40% Dalton 260! I gotta tell you, the River City Flyers have helped put on what will hopefully be the premier modeling event called.. The Huckfest. Countless pilots and spectators were in attendance, and we've had a TOTAL blast! Tonite is firework time, and we'll be bringing back more reports on Sunday. Wish you were all here!!
