Default Little help with ebay puhhlease....

Hi guys. Hope all had a happy 4th. We did, lots of smoke and explosives in the south... OK, here's the deal. I got a new camera to shoot some rc stuff. I friend gave me his old 3 year old Canon Rebel that needs mirror repair. I sent it off to a very reputable repair center and all is well $128 later. They did some upgrades inside as well. I am looking to buy a 70-300 Canon lens. I think this is one of those deals where getting the Canon would be worth the price of admission. Not to mention, no other aftermarkets have image stabilization. OK... now that you know what I am looking for...... I find this.

A friend bought from him and was quite pleased. However, look at his feedback. He is a 9000+ sales power seller and 98% seems fair at that number of sales. One thing that has me nervous is the amount of "feedbacks withdrawn mutually". Go to his feeback, scroll down, and click view 200 at a time, it's quicker than 25 per page. What do you make of it? My buddy bought from him and was happy, along with many others. Is it blackmale that is causing them to drop the negative feedback in fear of losing their 100% as well as the seller??? I don't get this and have never seen this before. Thanks ebay users...

Hey Gremlin,
I would stay far away from that place. I only read two pages and the glaring problem i found was people that were trying to register there products with cannon could not. That means knock off read crook.
Cannon makes great lenses but only in their factory where the standards are high therefore the price.
Don't be penny wise and dollar foolish.
My .02
I hate to see people sell stuff that is knock off.

Yeah, I am going to a Canon products store here locally... probably pay $40 more than web price, but no shipping and I can LOOK at it.... thanks. I took it the same way you did as for the feedback... I too only went to page 2! Hah
