Default DA new 100cc class engines

I think I read somewhere that DA is working on a new engine for the 100cc class, is this true? or just rumors.
thanks

I'd bet rumor. Why would they make another 100? The existing 100 is just about perfect, and they just came out with the 85 for less money and less weight.

rumor until proven true...

In my opinion, they probably are putting most of their effort in to the 170. for whenever they release it, if they release it.

In my opinion the best thing DA could do right now is make their ignitions 7.2v "lithium" compatible. My ZDZ 80 RV-J has it and I just love it. I can keep the battery chemistry the same on the entire plane and don't have to run a separate regulator.

I definitely want 7.2v ignitions. Running a reg for my lithium batteries is annoying.

good just like it is. Already has more power ad dependablity than a 3w 106.

Yep lithium compatible ignition would be the best idea.
