Unhappy rudder control horn placement to low 73" PLEASE HELP

HAS ANYONE BUILT THE GEN 2 YAK 73 " . I STARTED ON MINE AND HAVE RUN INTO A PROBLEM WITH RUDDER CONTROL HORN PLACEMENT.IT LOOKS LIKE THEY CUT THE SLOTS TO LOW COMPAIRED TO THE ONE ON QQ FORUM SITE.MY ELEVATOR IN FULL DEFLECTION UP AND RUDDER FULL DEFLECTION THE ELEVATOR HITS THE RUDDER CONTROL HORN.WAYNE SENT ME A NEW SET AND THEY ARE CUT IN THE SAME PLACE.IS ANYONE HAVING THIS PROBLEM.
