Default Best day to go if you can only make one day?

Saturday or Sunday? The competition doesnt interest me as much as the freestyle and invetational flying.

Saturday will have the sequence finals and one round of freestyle, I believe.

Sunday has Freestyle only, so if that's your interest, that would be your day.

The entire event is a competition. If your wanting to see the Freestyle competition then Sunday would be the day. That is the last flights of the contest and the pilots can push just a little harder to win.
